Levine said that she found Dr. Juna Song online and came to him for a routine inspection in July 2017. A week later, she received a message from the insurance company that the doctor billed the 1304.32 dollar for the initial visit and ultrasound, and she received a check for 427 dollars, which the insurance did not cover. Before receiving a doctor Levine planned that she did not have to pay anything.
At the same time, in court, the woman said that June did not conduct a manual examination on her, only asked about menstrual cramps and did an ultrasound. After calling the office, the patient faced a violent response, after which she wrote reviews in a “disgusting” mood.
Two weeks later, she received a letter from the doctor’s lawyers, where it was said that she had been sued. The millionth lawsuit accuses Levine of false claims and online harassment. At the moment, she has already spent 20 thousand dollars on protection.
As the woman says, in parallel, the plaintiff made public the complete history of her medical records, including mental health records, bills, her insurance details, driver’s licenses, and even her home address. Both John’s lawyers and the clinic did not comment on journalists.
