“I was sitting in a corner, with a book on algebra turned upside down,” - so the singer recalls her first meeting with her son.
“We only had no children, although we really wanted a child. And once, during a tour in Penza, we, as often happens, traveled around orphanages, and the kids also prepared concerts for us. The last one was the Baby House, I didn’t even want to go - and so I cried for the whole day, and here are very little children ... I remember I go into their assembly hall, and there our Igoreshka is sitting in the corner, very small: he was then 2 years old and 7 months weighed less than 8 kilograms. As it turned out, his mother refused him, because the boy had a congenital heart disease, they couldn’t perform an operation in Penza, and you won’t get to Moscow, ”the singer said in the program“ The Fate of a Man ”.
Ovsienko immediately took all the care upon herself. She took the boy to a Moscow clinic, where he underwent surgery and literally saved his life. And only then she told her husband what had happened. Igor was adopted.
