A Californian company used the potent analgesic properties of marijuana in herbal swabs, says Bigpicture.
Foria Relief should be used with other hygiene products, as they are not intended to absorb blood. Suppositories are introduced in the same way as real tampons - thanks to this, they act exactly where needed.
According to the company, suppositories cause numbness of the nerve endings in the uterus, cervix and ovaries. The tested blogger claims it takes about 20 minutes to relieve pain.
Marijuana tampons are made from natural ingredients: cocoa butter, hash oil and cannabidiol-enriched isolate - according to the manufacturer, it reduces inflammation. A pack of four pieces costs 44 dollars.
More and more states are legalizing recreational and medical use of marijuana, so perhaps the business idea of using it for painkillers makes sense.
