The summer massive retrograde motion of the planets, which brought relaxation of quarantine, has now ended: in mid-September, Jupiter returned to direct motion, and from the beginning of October - Saturn and Pluto. It was these three planets, passing in 2020 according to Capricorn, that stood at the origins of COVID-19. Their return to direct movement again prepares the world for increased restrictions and prohibitions, that is, again for a tougher quarantine compared to summer.

However, now the freedom-loving but unpredictable Aquarius is gradually beginning to connect to the influence of strict Capricorn on these planets: in December, Jupiter and Saturn will move to the sign of Aquarius and find themselves in that very fateful combination that brings global changes to the world through restrictions and damage.
The influence of the combination of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius is too multifaceted to cover in a short note. If we talk only about the question of interest to us, then the further from the period of accuracy of this combination (it will be accurate in December 2020), the more free and relaxed we will begin to feel. This means that the more likely it will be a complete abolition of global quarantine restrictions.
This will happen gradually, not in all countries at the same speed. But by the warm season, the situation will improve significantly.
