Spouses Liang Zifu (he is 85 years old) and Li Suin (she is 81 years old) spent almost their entire life in a cave near the Chinese city of Nanchong. 58 years ago, almost immediately after the wedding, Liang and Li settled here. They did not have money to build their house, not even to rent a small room, so they found this place and decided to settle right under the stone vaults.
Over time, the couple got their own farm - pigs, chicken, several dogs. Inside the cave, they made several residential areas - a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and farm buildings for animals at the entrance.

They also grow vegetables and fruits. They almost never have money, so they can get clothes, flour and other trifles necessary in everyday life in the nearest province in exchange for products of their own production - meat, eggs, vegetables.
Over all these years, four children were born to the spouses. In this case, the head of the family himself took birth. Children grew up long ago and left their parents in the city. Now Liang and Li live alone in the cave.
The history of this family became known several years ago. All world media wrote about them. The authorities offered the spouses good housing in the city or a small house in the village, but they refused, stating that they needed practically nothing to be happy: the main thing is that they have each other - this is enough.
Moreover, for almost 60 years of life in the cave, they got used to silence, solitude, fresh air and nature, and the city, according to them, would completely destroy this idyll.
