Kim Kardashian requires 6 million dollars from a former security guard

Kim Kardashian-West sued the former guard because of the incident in Paris, when a reality show star and instagram diva was robbed by stealing jewelry worth several million dollars.
As the Hollywood Reporter, Kardashian and her insurance company filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of New Castle County in Wilmington, Delaware. The lawsuit alleges that security guard Pascal Duvier showed criminal negligence and did not properly assess the situation, for which he now has to pay 6,1 million US dollars.
Court documents indicate Pascal Duvier and his firm Protect Security Inc. as defendants.
The lawsuit states that in 2016, armed people in masks burst into the hotel room of the Paris hotel where Kim Kardashian-West stayed. Threatening with a pistol, the attackers took away a jewel box, a diamond ring and mobile phones for a total of 10 million euros (almost 115 million dollars).
Insurance company AIG Property Casualty Co. paid the star compensation exactly on the amount that she now intends to recover from the former security guard and his company.
The lawsuit alleges that Duvier did not cope with the elimination of some security breaches at the hotel, including the missing or broken lock in the courtyard of the hotel, which could be one of the reasons why the robbery was possible.
