According to the company, three out of five people suffer from the choice of shoes of the wrong size, writes Lenta.ru with reference to The Independent.
Instead of “blindly” ordering a pair in an online store, based on the usual number in the dimensional grid, Nike offers a potential client to take advantage of the new development.

Using the camera of the smartphone and the technology of augmented reality, the special application Nike Fit scans the human foot and, based on the measurements, selects the best option for it.
The company warns that sometimes the size of the outputted application may be different from the previous user's foot size. In the future, Nike plans to make available a pair of orders with different sizes of left and right shoes due to the natural asymmetry of the human body.
