'Ruined my life': Florida resident sues Disneyland

The American sued Disney World, claiming that the theme park spoiled his hand and heart offer ceremony, and even took a hundred dollars from it for an unpleasant incident during a confession.
57-year-old Mark Rubin flew with his beloved from New York to Disneyland, Florida in 2015, where he planned to make her an offer, dropping to one knee in front of Cinderella's fairy-tale castle in the Magic Kingdom, writes New York Post.
But his plans were spoiled when a park employee intervened in a romantic moment and said that the lovers had chosen not the best place - this is a parade route for those who enter the castle. After a short argument, Rubin grabbed the employee by the shirt, shouted at her and threatened to hit her. The man did not dispute this charge and paid a $ 100 fine for his behavior.
He is now suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for more than 15 thousands of dollars for false arrest and negligence, claiming Disney Park has falsely accused him of abusive behavior.
According to the lawsuit, the man asked the employee to “wait a bit” while the rest of the group returned from visiting the castle. Rubin claims that a "verbal skirmish" arose between him and the woman, but denies that he touched her.
The manager, who was called for help, did not see Rubin grab the worker, but said he witnessed Rubin's “inappropriate behavior and arrogance,” according to the incident report.
Then Rubin was expelled from the park by the security service and was later arrested.
“The safety of the people who work and visit our parks is very important to us,” a Disney spokesman said in a statement. “We will respond to the allegations as appropriate in court.”
