Hollywood sex scandals, which began with the disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein, have opened a whole stream of investigations and complaints about sexual harassment around the world, writes Spletnik.
Russian stars did not stand aside - earlier Lyubov Tolkalina and Andrei Konchalovsky have already said that they do not see anything abnormal in harassment. The other day at the “Woman of the Year” award from Glamour Dozhd TV journalists decided to interview other Russian celebrities what they think about sexual harassment in show business.
Most famous actresses and presenters such as Svetlana Khodchenkova, Anna Chipovskaya, Olga Shelest harshly criticized the behavior of Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and other disgraced stars, saying that it is a question of violence and it cannot be ignored.
Some, such as Daria Moroz and Nika Belotserkovskaya, defended Spacey and Weinstein, emphasizing their talent. Glavred magazine Glamour wondered why all the victims were silent for so many years, and Natalya Ionova, also known as Glucose, said: “I am already married, I have nothing to fear”.
