For several months, Katrina’s lawyer has been trying to resolve this scandalous issue with the casino administration, but to no avail.
As a result, 14 June 2017, a lawsuit was filed against the casino Resorts Worldin which the administration is accused of insufficient control of the equipment. Another defendant in the lawsuit is the manufacturer of slot machines.
The lawsuit alleges that the woman as a result of the incident suffered moral damage, as well as material damage. The total amount of the claim is 43 million dollars.
