Lawsuits in which the deceased singer Yulia Nachalova participated will be suspended until the star’s daughter and parents become inherited. According to the media, the subject of the dispute was an elite apartment of 167 square meters, inherited from her former husband and father, Yevgeny Aldonin’s child.
Legal proceedings in which the singer, Julia Nachalova, who died on March 16 was implicated, will be suspended until the star’s closest relatives, her daughter and parents, inherit. It is reported by the FAN with reference to the lawyer Maksim Surov, quoted Newspaper.ru.
“Now there will be a suspension of the case, before entering the inheritance,” he explained. - We have the first heirs - a spouse, children and parents. Since there is no spouse, then the daughter goes with her parents. ”
The subject of litigation was an apartment in the capital's elite residential complex "Kutuzovskaya Riviera" area 167 square meters. According to media reports, the apartment went to Nachalova from her second wife, ex-football player Yevgeny Aldonin. Later, the singer allegedly sold half of the apartment for 20 million rubles to her ex-husband, hockey player Alexander Frolov.
The relationship between Nachalova and Frolov lasted from 2011 to 2016 for a year, and after breaking up, the athlete made claims about the money paid for half the apartment. Then Nachalova stated that she did not receive them, as a result of which the latter filed an application to the court.
According to Teleprogramma.pro, according to rumors, Nachalova allegedly did not want to return the money to her ex-lover - she made herself a temporary residence permit in Nizhny Novgorod and re-registered the apartment as a legal entity. According to the publication, if this proves true, then the question of inheritance may have even greater difficulties. So, the singer's family will have to either return Frolov 20 million rubles (310 thousand dollars), or sell the apartment and divide the money, or, on the contrary, the hockey player himself can redeem his half from the relatives of the deceased.
In August last year, Nachalova appealed to the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow to declare the sale and purchase of rights to his apartment to Frolova invalid, but in February 2019, the proceedings were discontinued due to the withdrawal of the lawsuit.
At the same time, the case is complicated by the presence of a third party. In December, the Nizhny Novgorod-based company Spring Investments filed a lawsuit against both owners of the apartment, Nachalova and Frolov, claiming their rights to the apartment. According to Russian law, heirs come into law six months after the death of a relative. Since the singer was officially divorced, housing should go to her daughter.
“If the daughter enters into the inheritance, then the debts are on her fragile shoulders. And in court she will be represented by the guardians - the father and grandmother with the grandfather, ”explained Surov.
The next meetings on the claims of Frolov to Nachalova and “Spring Investments” against former spouses are scheduled for April of this year. It is expected that they will decide on the suspension of both processes for six months, which is standard practice in connection with the death of the defendant.
In addition, at the moment the question of custody of her daughter Nachalova is being resolved. Earlier, the media reported that they would be the father of the girl Evgeny Aldonin. However, the PR manager of the actress Anna Isaeva in the studio of the Let the Speak program noted that the final decision on who the child will be with has not yet been made.

And this is not very correct, because Vera is a person around whom there are two beautiful grandmothers. Aldonin himself also appeared on the talk show, who admitted that he had survived one of the most difficult moments of his life, as he had to tell the 12-year-old girl about the tragedy. According to him, his daughter is in a state of shock.
