61-year-old Susan Dubois Marzinko from Sun City-West, Arizona, is accused of manslaughter of her 91-year-old father, allegedly for trying to rape her, says The Daily Mail.
According to police, a woman beat her father with dementia, and then told the police that she found her father dead in her own house, and earlier he tried to have sex with her, mistaking her for his wife. The man died as a result of a blunt blow, he had broken ribs in 20 places.
The woman reported two fights with an elderly father, the difference between which was about a week. After the first fight, the man was hospitalized. Marcinko claimed that both fights began after her father “attacked from behind,” and she had to “restrain” him, sitting on the defeated man's chest and holding his hands. The same picture was described by Susan's boyfriend, who saw everything with his own eyes.
According to the woman, she tried to "restrain" her father for about 15 minutes, and then pulled him by the ankles into the yard so that he could "get fresh air." She herself returned and washed the blood in the room. The next day, an elderly man was found dead in the yard. Marcinko has been arrested with the option of being released on bail of US $ 30 and is awaiting trial in a few days.
