A resident of the American city of Nashville, Tennessee, sued the former lover, who accidentally called her during an intimate meeting with another man.
Who wished to hide her name under the initials P.H. the woman said she met Gregory Cole in 2010, writes Lenta.ru. In 2014, they began dating, their relationship lasted four years. All this time, the American was sure that her lover was heterosexual and loyal to her.
However, in April 2018, Cole accidentally dialed her number during a meeting with her lover. The call lasted almost an hour and a half. During this time, the woman heard "indecent conversations and voicing of various actions that he and his partner carried out."
The American tried to talk to Cole about what she heard, but he refused to discuss it.
Upon learning of the betrayal, the woman went to the doctor in order to pass an analysis for the presence of sexually transmitted diseases. She was diagnosed with incurable genital herpes. The American claims that before the relationship with Cole did not suffer from this disease.
The victim demands one million dollars in compensation from Cole and accuses him of insulting action, causing emotional suffering and fraud.
