A woman from Florida managed to escape from her aggressive, gun-wielding boyfriend, handing the note to a veterinary clinic employee who was treating her dog.
After two days of beatings and threats with arms in hand from Jeremy Floyd, Carolyn Reichl managed to convince him to allow her to take her dog to the vet, writes The New York Post.
39-year-old man, who had previously had a criminal conviction, agreed to let the woman go to the vet, but insisted that he would accompany her, and took with him a gun.
Floyd threatened to kill Reichl and her family.
