The wife poisoned, blew up, stoked and eventually shot her husband

A court in the English town of Maidstone, Kent, held a hearing on the case of Hayley Weatherrol, who killed her spouse after nine months of attempted murder.

The British woman attempted to kill her 49-year-old husband Raymond, a brain cancer patient, from the summer of 2017 to the early spring of 2018. 32-year-old Hayley colluded with her lover and husband's best friend Glenn Pollard and his 20-year-old daughter Heather.

During this time, the attackers tried to poison the man, blow up his car and drown while fishing. Raymond perceived what was happening as “a succession of accidents, failures and coincidences.” In the history of the browser, his wife, the police, found requests for “silent murder techniques,” “creative ways to kill,” and “16 steps to kill someone and not get caught.”

As a result, Raymond was shot in the head: a bullet hit his right cheek and passed through the left. Not far from the crime scene, investigators found Heather Pollard abandoned car.

Prosecutor Simon Taylor claims the intimate relationship between Hayley and Glenn Pollard was the motive for the murder. The daughter of the latter helped the criminals out of love for their father. All three deny involvement in crimes. Hearings continue.

Haley married Raymond in November 2016, they have three children.
