The lawsuit related to the apartment of the late Julia Nachalova ended in the Nikulinsky district court of Moscow: the parties decided to withdraw their claims. Thus, half of the elite apartments of the artist went to her ex-boyfriend Alexander Frolov, the second part of the living space went to the singer’s family.
On October 11, a lawsuit over the legacy of singer Julia Nachalova, who died in March of this year, ended in the Nikulinsky district court. According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, the parties decided to withdraw their own claims, as a result of which the litigation ended in favor of hockey player Alexander Frolov, a former artist’s boyfriend, writes Newspaper.ru.
According to media reports, shortly before parting with the athlete with whom Nachalova met in 2011-2016, Julia received 20 million rubles (311 thousand dollars) from Frolov, while the man became the owner of half of her elite apartment. As kp.ru notes, already after the end of the relationship with Alexander, Julia said that she did not receive money from the ex-lover, and the corresponding receipt on her behalf is false.
In 2018, the singer filed a lawsuit on this subject, while transferring her claim to one Nizhny Novgorod company, and she subsequently demanded to recover from the hockey player 26 million rubles (almost 405 thousand dollars). It is reported that if the athlete was defeated in court, Nachalova would have received 15 million rubles (233 thousand dollars), the rest of the amount should have been allocated to the limited liability company representing her interests.
The story received a new twist with the sudden death of the famous artist. Later, the case was also transferred from Nizhny Novgorod to Moscow.
Commenting on the outcome of the trial, the representatives of Frolov stressed that at the moment there are no complaints against each other on both sides. “LLC made a statement of waiver of the claim. The judge accepted the refusal and stopped the proceedings, which actually put an end to this high-profile case. In addition, there was a second lawsuit, already from us: on invalidating the assignment agreement between the LLC and Julia Nachalova. The lawyer, representing the interests of Alexander Frolov in court, also made a statement refusing the lawsuit. Thus, the case is completely completed - they do not require anything from our client, we also have no complaints, ”they said.
As a result of the cessation of litigation, Frolov became the rightful owner of half of Nachalova’s apartment, the other part went to the family of the late singer - parents and daughter.
Last September - when six months have passed since the death of the popular singer - the relatives of Julia officially inherited. They - in addition to half of the elite apartment - got the copyright to the songs of the artist.

As you know, Nachalova did not become 16 in March - the singer passed away in Moscow at the age of 38 years. For the Russians, this news was a real shock - including for the reason that only a few days passed from the first reports of the artist’s hospitalization to her death. Rumors about a star entering the hospital spread on the 11 network in March (that is, less than a week before the tragedy) and at first it seemed fake - largely because the representatives of the star either completely denied the insider of the journalists, or called the appeal of Julia to the doctors planned. However, soon the fans of the artist became really scared: information about the performer’s grave condition was confirmed.
And towards the evening of March 16, the media broadcast terrible news: despite the efforts of doctors, the singer died without leaving her coma. 21 March at the Troekurovsky cemetery of the capital, the funeral of the star took place. Many of her colleagues in the domestic show business, as well as fans of creativity, came to say goodbye to the performer.
More recently, PR director Nachalova Anna Isaeva spoke about the terrible diagnosis that was once made to the famous singer. According to her, Julia was "killed by sepsis caused by a wound on the leg," and not cancer (which was reported in the press).
“All about cancer is a lie. Julia jumped on her arm a sore, resembling a bump. At that moment, she was in America for work and hastened to contact local doctors. Doctors made an analysis and said: the neoplasm is really bad, that’s how skin cancer begins. But Yulechka was immediately sent for treatment and the hill was cut out. And just a few days later they were discharged from the hospital. She was not given any chemistry or other therapies, ”Isaeva said. - Julia was killed not by this disease, but by sepsis caused by a wound on her leg. Only a tiny scar on his arm resembled a lump. ”
