48 – year-old Ka Mvukh came to the mall Walmart in Red Bank on sunday afternoon. Mvukh got out of the car and handed over the keys to the vehicles, which was supposed to pick up the car for servicing at the service station.

Car service workers did not immediately notice the child who remained in the car. The girl was securely fastened in the car seat in the back seat.
"Presumably, the child was in a closed car for at least an hour and a half before a car service employee found her," said Lexington County Sheriff Jay Coon.
“We are glad that the baby will be fine and not hurt, despite the fact that, from the point of view of the National Weather Service, it was a rather hot July day,” the sheriff added.
Kun said that Lexington County EMTs appreciated the condition of the child, but did not remove it from the car. And Mvukh returned to the car wash only two hours after shopping in Walmart. By that time, the doctors had already arrived and provided medical assistance to the child.
Mwuh is arrested and is in a Lexington County Detention Center, awaiting a hearing on his case. According to the laws of South Carolina, he faces up to 10 years of imprisonment for ill-treating his child.
