It is impossible: stove without hood
A stove without a hood can be put into an apartment only if you rarely use it, and then, with one condition - only with ventilation and only at the window.

From the back wall to the microwave oven there should be at least 10 (!) Cm, from the side walls from 8 (!) Cm, from above there should be a minimum (!) 25 cm.

Built-in equipment can be located closely if there is a facade wall between it. But this does not apply to microwaves and small equipment, just put on the shelf.
