“Who is busy with what, and I am in the ambulance ... For the first time in my life, my blood pressure increased. For the first time in my life, I have a hypertensive crisis and 200 pressure on 130, ”shared Malysheva.
Taking pictures of herself in “selfie” mode, she told subscribers about her condition and showed her hand with a pressure measuring device. Also, the TV presenter periodically transferred the camera to doctors, expressed admiration for their profession and, on the whole, looked quite peppy and inspired.

“I am a doctor and I know what to do. It is very important that you also behave correctly in such situations: call an ambulance. If you are alone at home, open the front door so that an ambulance can enter if you are unconscious. I was alone, and I did all this, ”said Malysheva.
She advised drinking a remedy for slow pressure reduction, emphasizing that fast-acting drugs can be dangerous.
“If even the ambulance doctors have lowered your pressure, still do not refuse to be hospitalized. Jokes are bad with pressure. We need to be examined and understand the reasons for its increase, ”the doctor called.

According to the assumptions of Malysheva and her cardiac surgeon, the cause of the hypertensive crisis was severe headaches that provoked high blood pressure.
“All drugs that treat headaches also raise blood pressure. That is exactly what happened to me. Will I now take constantly pills for high blood pressure? I definitely will! Because pressure is the risk of a stroke. And I want to live and work, ”the TV presenter emphasized.
In her post, Malysheva thanked the doctors for the highly qualified help, thanks to which her pressure returned to normal soon after hospitalization.
