'Turned the organs inside out': Russian woman died in childbirth because of the terrible mistakes of the doctor

The Ministry of Health of Russia is conducting an inspection at a hospital in the city of Nizhnye Sergi, near Ekaterinburg. The cause was the death of an 22-year-old girl after preterm labor. According to the relatives of the deceased, the woman in labor died due to the mistakes of the doctor who took delivery.
Initially, the date of the birth of Alice was set on March 3, writes Kazanfirst. And on February 25 she was called to the hospital and unexpectedly sent to give birth. A week earlier. Before giving birth, the girl managed to send a message to her husband:
- Put a catheter in a vein. They said they would give birth today. After the [stitches] are removed, contractions should begin. I asked: what if they don't start? She [the doctor] said we’ll make it happen.
Doctors began to stimulate childbirth with drugs. Judging by the SMS that the deceased sent to her husband, there was no evidence for preterm birth. According to her husband, the girl was given the condition “you will give birth, and that's it, no one will nurse with you until the third day,” her report said.
The father of the deceased girl shared that doctors said that after delivery the placenta was not separated from the walls of the uterus, that is, the birth of the placenta did not occur. Then the midwife who took delivery gave the doctor a call.
- The doctor has arrived. She is young, she is only 27 years old. Two years after the institute has been working. Here's what we learned from the words of friends from the hospital. The doctor began to remove the placenta. She did not separate, then she began to roughly pull her. Surely the daughter was tormented, screaming in pain. She paid no attention, thought: "They all shout." And then she pulled violently by the umbilical cord, which turned all female organs inside out. Alice screamed, could be heard throughout the hospital. This is some kind of Middle Ages! Friends from the hospital told us later that the uterus was inverted. This is such a medical term. Then, apparently, there was a painful shock, bleeding began, she fell into a coma, - said the father of the deceased in an interview with e1.ru.
The girl did not regain consciousness anymore. Alice died almost two days later after the birth of her daughter. According to doctors, the cause of the woman’s death was “shock to the mother during or after childbirth”. The conclusion of the forensic examination is not yet ready. The baby was born healthy.
- On this fact, the Ministry of Health is conducting a check in the Nizhneserginsk regional hospital, they are finding out the circumstances of the girl's death. The relatives will be informed about the results, the press service of the ministry said.
Alice gave birth to a girl with a damaged cervical vertebra. Now the child is wearing a special collar.
