In the Republic of Tatarstan, in front of the mother, the child fell into a water well: the incident was recorded on video.
A small child fell into a water well, accidentally getting on a hatch while walking. The video of the incident was published in the Naberezhnye Chelny Life group on the VKontakte social network, writes RIA News.
The footage shows a woman carrying a pram along the street, and next to her is a little boy. Mother watches the baby get on the hatch. Then the lid suddenly turns over and the boy falls into the well.
After that, the woman rushes to his aid: you can see how eyewitnesses run up to the well, they manage to get the boy out.

According to Internet users, the incident occurred in the Republic of Tatarstan. The regional prosecutor's office is figuring out if this is so.
So far, nothing is known about the state of health of the child.
The senior assistant to the republic’s prosecutor, Ruslan Galiev, told RIA Novosti that if the fact of the child falling into the well is confirmed, an audit will be organized and an assessment will be made of the activities of utilities, as well as other responsible organizations.
