In Odintsovo, Moscow Region, a month-old baby born with an injury who was abandoned by his mother died - a woman gave him to an illegal shelter located in an ordinary apartment, writes "Lenta.ru" with reference to “KP”.
According to the publication, on January 9 a woman contacted the police, who introduced herself as the nanny of an illegal shelter for surrogate mothers, and reported the death of the baby. Arriving at the site, department officials found that the child, according to the documents, had neither a name nor a surname. The nanny said that the baby did not wake up in the morning, he did not have a pulse.
At birth, the child received an injury - hemorrhage into the cavity between the bones of the skull and periosteum, which visually looks like a small lump on the head. Upon learning of the injury, the mother immediately abandoned him. At the same time, doctors tried to convince her that the injury was not fatal.
A law enforcement source said that his mother is a native of Cheboksary. After her refusal, the child was transferred to Moscow and placed in an apartment with three more children. The nanny turned out to be a native of Ukraine, who was in Russia without registration. The police are looking for the owner of the apartment, who handed her over to the shelter, the Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the death of the child.

The official representative of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region Olga Vradiy told Lente.ru that the surrogate mother gave birth to the child. Children lived in an illegal apartment until biological parents, citizens of foreign states, were engaged in the preparation of all necessary documents, including for their further export abroad.
According to preliminary data, the sudden death of the newborn became the cause of the death of the child. The UK requested documentation and a license from a company that conducted surrogacy programs.
At the end of December 2019, in a house in Mytishchi near Moscow, they found a girl in a box wrapped in a plaid. There were no notes in the box. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the girl was three to four months from the date of birth, she did not get frostbite thanks to a plaid and cardboard. January 13, it became known that the child was adopted by a foster family.
