Study or career: the pros and cons in the realities of America

Quit everything and go to study and get a local bachelor's degree, and lose (?) 4 + years, for which you can easily gain experience and maybe even make a small career (IT-sphere, tester) or just drop everything and actively start looking for work by this testers , sending out 100 + resumes daily to all points of America, and hope for a miracle?
This question gnaws at me for a month. Our studies in San Francisco are almost over and some decision has to be made.
Hand on heart, I want both things, but both there and there have huge advantages and disadvantages.
Plus a long study:
- The most important and basic thing is English, which will not improve anywhere as if you study it and do a tremendous amount of work on yourself.
- I would like to get here a local significant crust, which will open up great opportunities.
- While studying, you can work at college, gaining experience, but for a small sn (10,5 $ per hour, minimum salary in California).
Pros of a job search immediately:
- Testers salaries range from 35 $ per hour; automated testing (I'm not ready for it yet) ranges from 60 $ per hour. Get a job and then everything depends on you.
- Many people say that the language at work is also pretty good (not so much as in college, and of course everything depends on the initial base).
- Experience and experience in the field you need! Perhaps one of the most important and not empty words in America. The interview takes place in several stages and lasts for several hours.
So I puzzle how best, in parallel, visiting two more schools.
