The pumpkin season is in full swing. In honor of this - three simple and very spectacular recipes from it. No exotic ingredients, everything is simple and very budget. Let's try to cook?

Cottage Cheese Casserole
- 400 gr pumpkin
- 200 gr cottage cheese
- 2 st. spoonfuls of semolina
- 1 / 2 cup sour cream
- 1 / 2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 st. tablespoons butter
- Salt and sugar to taste
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and recommend a little oil. Rambler. Boil semolina in milk and add to the pumpkin. Add grated cottage cheese, salt, sugar and one egg. Mix well together.
Put the resulting mass in a pan, greased with butter. All align with a spoon and smear the second egg.
Bake in the oven.

Pumpkin cream soup
- 800 gr pumpkin
- 300 gr carrots
- 20 ml cream 20%
- 2 onion head
- 3 garlic cloves
- 30 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 gr sour cream
- Ginger fresh to taste
Pumpkin peel and cut into small pieces. Carrots also chop and peel the onion, cut into slices.
In vegetable oil, fry all the vegetables together for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour water into a small saucepan and add vegetables from the pan. Set to simmer until tender (about 15 minutes). Grind all products with a blender. Add cream.
Pour the soup into the plate. Add sour cream. Dish nicely arrange greens. You can serve croutons to the soup.

Pumpkin Garnish with Herbs
- 800 gr pumpkin
- 3 garlic cloves
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper, herbs to taste
Peel pumpkin and seeds, cut into small pieces no thicker than 1, see. Pour in some oil, grate pumpkin with herbs and garlic, crushed in garlic press. Leave to soak for half an hour, then send to the oven for 30 minutes.
