The star of the American reality show "19 Children - And This Is Not the Limit" Amy Duggar has publicly admitted her desire to adopt 13 children of the notorious Turpin family, who were abused by their parents, writes NY Daily News.
Amy, according to her confession, recently told her husband about the desire to help the children of Turpins, whose parents were arrested this month.
“I just texted Dillon that I wanted to adopt all 13 children,” the woman tweeted. "I would be happy to give them true love and a wonderful life, a safe and secure home."
Recall that the 13 children of Louise and David Turpinov, ranging in age from 2 to 29, were held captive in their own home in Perris, California. 17-year-old daughter managed to escape from home, the girl called the police - she looked so bad that the police took her for 10-year-old. Upon arriving at the Turpinov house, the law enforcement officers saw a terrible picture: in the dark, in the muddy room, 12 children were also chained to the beds. Parents pleaded not guilty to torture.
