Ukrainian media launched a rumor that the American pop diva Paris Hilton has serious business interests in Ukraine. Back in July, the media space blew up the news about a possible purchase of a resort in Transcarpathia. Now the press claims that Hilton is going to buy a residence in the most expensive house in Kiev.
According to 24tv.ua, Mrs. Hilton opted for Linden's elite living space, which is located on Lipki. Paris liked the two-level residence with an area of 556 square meters. The cost of the residence is more than 4,5 million dollars.
A socialite plans to visit Ukraine 2-3 once a year and next year to organize a large-scale international beauty contest in this country. Hilton has not yet decided on the venue of the competition - it can be either Kiev or a resort in Transcarpathia.
In the spring of 2018, Paris, together with her boyfriend Chris Zilka, visited Lviv. She was an honored guest at the opening of a local fashionable hotel and then for the first time thought about investing in the Ukrainian industry of entertainment and real estate. Most likely, such a desire was dictated by the relatively cheap price of domestic real estate and the growth rate of the Ukrainian economy over the past 3 years.

We add that the then-boyfriend of Paris, Chris, has Ukrainian roots - his grandfather was born in Ukraine. However, the couple broke up six months after visiting Lviv. But Hilton did not lose interest in Ukrainian projects.
Linden Luxury Residences declined to comment on the information on the purchase of the Paris Hilton residence, citing company rules not to disclose data about its customers.
