Last Sunday, 12 of May, Dorenko’s funeral was to take place at Moscow’s Troekurovsky cemetery, but at the last moment they were thwarted. The body of the journalist was refused to be extradited to the widow, sending him to another forensic examination.

Prior to this, on Friday, May 10, at the Troekurovsky cemetery, the elder daughters of Sergey Leonidovich almost fought with his young wife. Catherine and Ksenia blamed Julia for allegedly poisoning her father and therefore wants Dorenko to be cremated. The widow emphasizes that the cremation was the last will of her husband.
Since the death of her husband, Julia Dorenko, for the first time, spoke in her Instagram about what she had to face in recent days. She admitted that she hardly sleeps.
“Very hard days. The hardest in my life. On standby. Almost without sleep. Love and comfort our children. Solve endless questions. Hold on, hold on, hold on, ”the woman wrote.
Yulia also said that after the funeral did not take place, on May 13, people gathered near the building of the “Moscow City Talk” radio station to recall Dorenko.
“It was a real national farewell, which he would appreciate,” Yulia said.
The wife of Sergey Leonidovich thanked all those who are not indifferent for the support they have given her now.
