The deception was revealed when the prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of the immigration legislation, writes kaluganews.com. Militiamen found out that a resident of the village Ferzikovo fictitiously married a foreign citizen.
The young man needed to obtain a temporary residence permit in the territory of the Russian Federation in order to further obtain citizenship. One of the reasons for issuing such a permit is marriage with a citizen of the Russian Federation who has a residence in the Russian Federation. A woman offered a foreign citizen to enter into a fake marriage with her for 10 thousand rubles.

Prosecutors learned that the family relationship does not support, immediately after the marriage, a young man from the village Ferzikovo left in an unknown direction. A claim was submitted to the court for invalidation of the marriage and cancellation of its registration. The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor in full.
After the court decision enters into legal force, the prosecutor's office will consider the issue of applying to the court for the recovery of unjustifiably received money into state income, as well as the recognition of Russian citizenship received by a foreign citizen as invalid.
