We used to see in the vans selling food a fairly standard assortment - hot dogs, hamburgers, coffee, buns. Anything but champagne caviar. Italians were lucky in this sense: Russian Anastasia Lavrikova with Italian business partner Matteo Merlotti organized a fast-food van that drives through the streets of Milan and offers the freshest caviar and expensive sparkling wine to everyone who wants to, writes Forbes Russia.
Anastasia Lavrikova, mother of five sons, has been living in Italy since the age of 13 - she moved when her mother married an Italian chef. All this time, the girl worked in a family contract: in a hotel with a restaurant, then in a pizzeria, and later in boutiques Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana. She studied in absentia in Russia. After receiving a second degree, Lavrikova started the tourism business. She worked at the World Expo in Milan, where she was interested in supplying sturgeon from Russia. It turned out that it is very difficult, and Anastasia found a local supplier - the company Matteo Merlotti.

The Italian authorities did not accept the project to open a restaurant of Russian cuisine and even a bakery. Anastasia finished restaurateurs courses and met again with Merlotti. It turned out he wants to sell caviar and champagne from the van. So the project was born Party like Russians.
Lavrikova bought a food truck, designed and branded it, bought dishes and food, it all cost about 29 thousand euros (34 thousand US dollars) - and the business started in April 2017 of the year. Now Party like Russians invites everyone who wants to taste magnificent black caviar and a glass of champagne (you can choose prosecco or vodka). The choice of the guest can order sturgeon, Russian salad and a few snacks.
The average cost of a serving of caviar with 15 champagne is euros (about 17,5 US dollars). Guests are served by the hostess herself and her business partner. Lavrikova plans to become self-sufficient for 1-3 of the year, and in the future to open a Russian restaurant.
