Servants of the law often have to organize a whole special operation in order to find another debtor or runaway alimony. This time, an 57-year-old retired woman living in the village of Kuschevskaya tried to escape from Krasnodar police officers.
In 2014, Alla Grigorieva (last name changed - Auth.) Took a large loan for business development from a Ust-Labinsk district bank, says TVNZ... The woman ran a shop and planned to expand the business. However, the woman, apparently, overestimated her strength - she could not pay monthly. In total, she owed the bank no less than 117 rubles (over a million US dollars).
She needed such a huge amount, the ministers of the law do not know, but the debt is a debt and must be returned.
- The bailiff tried for several months to get in touch with the debtor, he handed her a warning about the possible onset of criminal liability, if the debt is not repaid, a resolution to initiate enforcement proceedings. But not one of the measures was successful, - bailiff Naira Akimkina says to Komsomolskaya Pravda in the Kuban. - Then we put the debtor on the wanted list.
Painstaking work began. For a month, the bailiffs sent inquiries to all regional authorities, interviewed neighbors at their last known place of residence, even tried to get in touch on social networks. But Alla fell through the ground - no answer, no hello from her.
- And then we receive an answer from Russian Railways that this citizen has purchased a train ticket from Krasnodar to Omsk. She was going to leave on the evening of June 26, naturally, without wasting time, we went to the station to meet her, - continues Naira Akimkina.
But it was not easy to recognize the debtor in the crowd of passengers. The bailiffs were holding printed photographs of the woman from social networks. It was there that they found the most recent pictures - taken a year ago.
Alla is a little overweight, she has a short dark haircut. The bailiffs look around, but the familiar face is nowhere to be seen. And there is less and less time before departure - the count goes by minutes. They run in the sweat of their brow along the platform, looking for and, it seems, luck!
- The debtor has a distinctive feature - drooping eyelids and a curved eyebrow shape, which we remember. When we noticed a woman similar to our photograph in the crowd of people, we asked the police to check her documents. The woman presented her passport ... and a few minutes later she was face to face with us - bailiffs, - concludes the bailiff Naira Akimkina. - But she has changed very much - she has noticeably lost weight, changed her haircut, lightened her hair, that's why we didn't recognize her right away.
Alla Grigorieva, of course, did not expect such a meeting, especially at the station. 3 500 kilometers, separating Omsk from Krasnodar, apparently, should have become a reliable barrier from bailiffs, even though the debtor herself says that she was not hiding from anyone. Just recently, more often lived in Omsk. But I could not pay the loan after I retired - the monthly amount turned out to be very heavy.
The bailiffs cannot disclose information about the debtor, therefore “Komsomolskaya Pravda” personally found the woman in social networks and tried to contact her to find out the details of this story. However, she refused to talk to the correspondent.
- Measures of enforcement were applied to the debtor. In such cases, the bailiff sends a request to the Pension Fund and seizes her account, restricts her departure from Russia, - add to the FSSP in the Krasnodar Territory.

In addition, the bailiffs each month will deduct a certain amount from Alla’s pension.
“Up to 50% of the money can be withheld from the pension to pay off the debt,” says lawyer Alexei Fedorov. - Monetary funds that correspond to the subsistence minimum are not subject to collection. From January 1, 2018 for retirees it is 8 rubles ($ 496). If the amount of the debtor's pension is less than this level, then it cannot be arrested.
