We all live in movies. Why do we live there, we ourselves are cinema, in which each of us plays the main role. There are extras, and scenery, and novels, and children, and tears, and much more. But the trick is that all this is a lie and an illusion, created by us and we are experiencing.
The portrait that we have invented for ourselves and within which we exist does not correspond to reality. It is woven from the opinions of other people, the rules of behavior in society, depending on where we live. We have been taught to understand, accept and respond according to an unspoken behavioral code that came from antiquity. Who invented what, why and why we should follow this is not clear. And our everyday role is not the role that any of us would like to play. Wrong nose, mouth, arms, legs, chest (sometimes small, sometimes large, sometimes not of the same shape). Wrong job, car, house / apartment, success, luck, kids. And then, as luck would have it - a neighbor or a friend, and she just has - all that. But this is hers, not mine. Do you recognize the text of the role? Who wrote it and why should it be repeated? But what if you write another text and, having learned it by heart, replace the existing one?

If you do this, the script will begin to change for the better - even if not immediately. But what if you don't stop there and rewrite all the roles that the people around you play. To make someone who always speaks nasty things dumb, and whoever is always dissatisfied with everything - a foreigner who speaks an unknown language without translation? Or, maybe, take and introduce such a twist into the new scenario: you have just arrived here from another country / city / planet. Nobody knows you and everything they say has nothing to do with you. It just seems to you that they are talking about you, but they are not. Each person, speaking about others, solves some of his personal problems, spits for the wrongs caused (not by us, by the way), regurgitates what was absorbed long ago. He takes revenge for dislike, abandonment, inattention (or vice versa - for his surplus). He paints the whole world with his personal colors. And therefore, this scenario has nothing to do with you, who are not part of his colors. This is important to understand.
Let's write a new role where everything happens the way you want. In it you are smart, cheerful, cheerful, successful, successful, with a sense of humor, the soul of the company and the favorite of everyone around you. And let's start acting as if you are the role. You can't imagine what will happen! People will gradually begin to perceive you that way, and the reaction to your presence will change. Although the point is not at all that she will change (yes, let them, in the end, react as they want), but you will change by getting used to a new role.
Is it easy to do? Not. Can I not do this? Yes. But if someone wants from a grouch, a pessimist and a person unsatisfied with life to turn into the direct opposite, then this is an excellent way.
