- Xnumx Couscous;
- Xnumx Feta Cheese;
- 100 Olives (pitted);
- 2 pcs cucumber (small);
- 1 pcs Red pepper;
- 2 Art. l olive oil;
- 2 mint sprigs;
- to taste salt and pepper.
Method of preparation:
Transfer the couscous to a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and 1 Art. l olive oil and steam with boiling water at the rate of 1: 1, cover with a lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.
Pepper and cucumber cut into small cubes. Feta cheese cut into large cubes. Mix in the salad bowl all the ingredients, add mint leaves, freshly ground pepper and season with olive oil.
