1. Table and seat back
Often passengers are perplexed. Who prevents the lowered backrest or table? But in an emergency, your neighbor will find it harder to get back from the spot and head for the emergency exit because of the obstructed, reclining seat back. A couple of seconds, until the passenger overcomes such an obstacle, can serve as a fatal delay for life. For the same reason, it is necessary to remove and block the table.
2. Safety belt
Of course, people have weaknesses and needs. And the stewardess will not forcibly hold you and fasten your seat belts if you urgently need to leave the toilet. Flight attendants have their own instructions, beyond which they have no right to go. They are obliged to constantly remind you "Fasten your seat belts", "Be careful", "Wait until we overcome the airholes", otherwise they can easily be sued. Any agreement with the passenger bypassing the job description may result in a considerable fine and deprivation of the workplace.
The flight attendant, who demands some kind of action from the passengers, simply does his job. And his duties also include the preservation of life and health of all people on board.
