Baby, my mom and I recently searched for something on Google. In response, the search engine accidentally gave a list of the most popular queries in the world. At the top of the list was the question: "How to keep a man."
This request has discouraged me. I skimmed through a few of the endless articles on how to be always seductive, when it is better to bring him a beer, and when - a sandwich and how to make your man smarter and cooler, quotes Columnist Psychologist Kelly Flanagan.
And I got angry.
Baby, this is not true - you have never had, never will and will not have such a task - to "keep a man."
Baby, your only task is to remember that you deserve the love of a good person. Keep this confidence deep in the soul, where it cannot be destroyed by the refusals, losses and egoism that we all encounter on the path of life. (If you remember that not only you, but any person is worthy of respect and love, the battle of your life can be considered won. But this is a topic for another letter).
If you believe that it is valuable in itself, then you will attract a boy who is able to appreciate you and who wants to spend his only life, more and more falling in love with you.
Baby, I want to tell you about a boy who doesn't need to be held, because he wants to be with you.
I don't care if he keeps his elbows at the table correctly - the main thing is that he does not take his eyes off your nose when you wrinkle it ridiculously, bursting into laughter.
I don't care if he can play golf at least a little - the main thing is that he can play with the children you give him and notice, sometimes with delight, or with irritation, as they resemble you.
I don't care how courageous he is ... The main thing is that he has enough strength to give you the strength of your heart.
The last thing that interests me is who he votes for in the elections, if he honors you in your home and deeply respects in his heart.
I do not care about the color of his skin - if he covers the canvas of your life together colors of patience and the ability to sacrifice for each other, and vulnerability, and tenderness.
I don't care what religion he was raised in, or maybe he will grow up in a non-religious family - the main thing is that he learns that there are holy things in life and know that every minute of life in general and every minute of life with you is deeply sacred.
And finally, baby: if you meet such a man on your way and he has nothing in common with me, we will still have the most important common value in the world: YOU.
