Having quiet neighbors who will never bother you is quite a pleasant advantage when choosing a new home. Solid pluses, and no interference of annoying inhabitants of neighboring houses in your life.
So real estate agent Shane Broyles of DeWitt, Michigan decided to pitch this feature as a main home for sale bonus. The only moment is that the “inhabitants” of the cemetery, which is located opposite the house, turned out to be quiet neighbors. This story was published in Lansing state journal.
A one-story, four-bedroom house was put up for sale, but next to the usual sign that the building was for sale, the agent decided to place a “Quiet Neighbors” sign. The arrow of this sign directly points to the cemetery, located across the street from the object of sale. As the agent himself says, once a friend of his grandfather, who lives next to the cemetery, joked about his “quiet neighbors”. Broyles decided to use this advantage to quickly sell the house of his client Deborah Perrin. The agent claims that people with a sense of humor will certainly be interested in the purchase, although he cannot promise it.
The owner of the house and residents of the surrounding streets like the sign. “Potential buyers laugh when they see this sign. That was the whole point, ”says the owner of the house.
