65-year-old Clarence H. Locke was arrested after 23-year-old Jamie Adair complained of a slap in a soft spot taken by surveillance cameras.

The incident occurred in a cafe Denny's. The waitress accepted the order, and while she was moving away from the table, she received the same slap.
