Odessa grandmother won the American beauty contest

The most titled grandmother of Ukraine - 58-year-old woman from Odessa Svetlana Gass - took part in one of the most prestigious beauty contests Ms. Transcontinentalwhich was held in Atlanta, GA.
The competition was held in the 40 + category from 23 to 28 in May of 2017. Svetlana adequately represented Ukraine, and according to the results of the competition received the title Ms. Transcontinental Classic... Note that this is the second award of the Odessa woman at the beauty contest for this year - in January, a slender brunette brought a crown Grandma Globe 2017which took place in Bulgaria.
The competition in Bulgaria was the first attempt to get the title of beauty, for which Svetlana Gass was persuaded by her daughter. My daughter arranged everything herself in the process of preparing for the competition: from a professional photo session to sending an application for participation. The application was considered for 7 months, and the invitation was sent almost before the start of the competition.
It was at a competition in Bulgaria that the young grandmother was noticed by the organizers. Ms. Transcontinental and was immediately invited to take part in their project in May 2017. The requirements for participation were more complicated: it was necessary to sew 2 evening dresses, write a beautiful speech about yourself and your country, and prepare a special slide show. The most exciting condition was to walk along the catwalk in a swimsuit.
To make the participants hairstyle and makeup, the organizers invited stylists. And the contestants supported each other, then buttoning the dress, then straightening out a curl. Speech from Odessa helped her friend to translate her daughter, who knows English well.
The whole event was held in a very friendly atmosphere, there was no atmosphere of rivalry and envy characteristic of many beauty contests. According to the results of participation Svetlana was given the title Ms. Transcontinental Classicand also awarded mementos: necklace, bracelet and earrings.
Despite the fact that Svetlana has been a grandmother for 10 years, at the age of 58 she can boast of an excellent figure and a beautiful well-groomed face. According to the woman herself, this is all thanks to proper nutrition and regular exercise. The secrets of her appearance are the almost complete rejection of sweet, salty and fried. In addition, Svetlana gave up pork and bakery products. The basis of the diet is made up of vegetables and cereals, as well as low-fat dairy products.
