Bad behavior here is punishable by suspension from school for 5 days. In this case, students must do all the assigned work, but they will not receive points for it. Two such dismissals - and the student is finally expelled from school.
Smokers are fought with the same methods. Smoking on school grounds and in the parking lot is strictly prohibited. The presence of matches, lighters and other attributes of a smoker is strictly punished. The first time - a fine of $ 100, compulsory attendance of school lectures on the dangers of smoking, notifying parents, suspension of the student from participation in all mass cultural and sports school events for 15 days.
Repeated violation of these rules will result in a $ 200 fine, attending lectures on the dangers of smoking, meeting parents with school administrators, and suspending the student for 30 days from all extracurricular school activities.
Thus, the issue of discipline in the classroom in the United States is decided not at the expense of the teachers' nerves, but at the expense of the rules that everyone must strictly follow. Any violation of these rules by students gives the teacher the right to follow the established instructions.
