In Thailand, the provincial court of Pattaya presented Alexander Kirillov (Alex Leslie), Anastasia Vashukevich (Nastya Rybke) and other defendants in the case of illegal "sex training" of the prosecution and chose for them a measure of restraint in the form of detention, said RIA News court clerk.
The charges were brought in connection with the case of providing sexual services as part of a criminal group.
“All eight were charged under three articles of the Thai criminal code and imprisoned as a preventive measure. They will be transferred to Pattaya City Prison tonight. The next court hearing on this case will be held on April 24, ”the court secretary told the agency.
The trial was held behind closed doors in the courtroom, located in the block of temporary detention cells of the Pattaya Court. In addition to the judges and the secretary, it was attended only by the suspects, the assistant attorney and the translator.
“The charges were brought under articles 209 - organizing a criminal community, 210 - conspiring more than five people to commit a crime, and 282 - organizing the provision of sexual services with the help of third parties, with the consent of these persons, as part of a criminal group,” he explained ...
The court clerk also added that, in accordance with Thai law, the measure of restraint for those under investigation will be extended by the court every 12 days.
Recall Nastya Rybka and another 9 people were detained by Thai police in February. To date, the court has sentenced three of them to suspended sentences, fines and deportation. Two Russians have already been sent home.
Fame Nastya Rybka and Alex Leslie received after they posted on social networks information about the personal life of businessman Oleg Deripaska. The businessman filed a lawsuit against them, and demanded all pictures and videos to be removed.
