According to him, tSuch crimes are punishable by imprisonment for up to five years in the case of pornography and three years in the case of obscene materials that publicly offend persons depicted in a video or photo. This article also provides for a fine of up to 60 thousand Thai baht (about two thousand dollars).

The policeman explained that Leslie and Rybka are being prosecuted on the new charges not as the main suspects, but as accomplices. The main charges were brought by the victims against three men, citizens of Russia, who participated in the “training”. One of them was not arrested along with Leslie and Rybka during the "training" and managed to fly out of Thailand before a statement was made against him. The other two are at the Immigration Police Temporary Detention Center in Bangkok, along with the rest of the suspects in the illegal "training" case.
