It all started very beautifully and romantically: the happy bride and groom floated in an inflatable boat for the ceremony of their own marriage to the magnificent waterfall.
Suddenly, a crocodile attacked the boat - it was on the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe, and a couple was heading for the famous Victoria Falls. The couple had to fight off an aggressive reptile, they managed to get to the shore literally by a miracle, says USA Today.
As a result of the tragic incident, the bride was left without her right hand, and the left hand suffered from the teeth of the crocodile. Instead of a fabulously beautiful ceremony against the backdrop of a waterfall, the bride was barely alive in the hospital. But she did not give up, and nevertheless put on a dress and played a wedding with her beloved man right in the hospital chapel, a few days after the incident.
The girl signed the papers with her left hand - in the video you can clearly hear how her relatives and friends who came to the holiday applaud and cheer her.
“This is a great love story, it really shows how much they love each other. The attack of the crocodile made their feelings even stronger, ”the moved bridesmaid admitted to reporters.
