Each of us has something to say, but often - no one. It seems that there are darkness around the people, and everyone has at least two ears, and one mouth - but everyone talks, but they don't want to listen.
But seriously, the inability to say what has accumulated, to someone who is ready to listen, ready to understand, not to condemn, not to ridicule, not to advise a plan of action (since no one asked for advice) often leads to illness, depression, alcoholism, drug addiction, murder and suicides. I think so. And so the opportunity to find one or even those who are ready to listen to you is worth a lot. In youth, this is not so obvious. We speak incessantly, and it seems that they hear us. But over the years, you begin to understand that in most cases the listener only fulfills the duty, waiting for a pause to enter and pronounce his, or worse, leave.
And I thought, why is this so? And are there ways to save or even cure this ailment, if considered so?
In our body, as you know, what we need is formed (as a result of vital activity, respiration, nutrition, and so on), but there is also something that needs to be removed. Fortunately, nature has decided not to rely on us and has worked out over the millennia a system that does not give us the opportunity to forget that we need to eat, drink, sleep, sweat, go to the toilet and so on. But, unfortunately, nature somehow has not prepared a system for getting rid of accumulated emotions in a convenient and safe way. Either she was too lazy, or the experiment on the topic "accumulated - we are looking for solutions" went wrong ... I don't know. But I understand for sure that although this is a critical situation, no one is in a hurry to solve it.

Yes, mom and dad are comforting the child. Sincerely or not, and whether it will help him, are already other questions. The teacher listens to the student, but out of necessity. And the student does not necessarily say what he thinks, but rather what is required in the given situation. Psychologists to some extent "unload" the boiling psyche. But there are enough of them for everyone, and it would be necessary to assign one for each inhabitant of the planet, so that there was somewhere to "dump" - as soon as it has accumulated and it's time.
Wives, husbands, friends, relatives - this is all forced communication, which often leads to the opposite effect. We are in the mood for the best, which is why we say the best to our husbands and wives, children, friends, brothers and sisters. Again - from the bottom of my heart. The trick, however, is that the “best” is from our point of view. And they may have a completely different point of view, even if the listener is your Siamese twin. But a person is still different and everything is different for him, even if the faces and figures are similar.
So where is the solution and is it there? And, if my theory is correct and this is a problem, is it necessary to solve it?

There is no recipe. But there is sex.
Although this is not a recipe, but one of the interesting and, in my opinion, in this context, unexplored phenomena of human communication. Some were surprised. Some were outraged. How unexplored? And so. Why did Mother Nature program intimacy: it’s so simple, to get pleasure, to have fun? Dudki. Not even at all. For procreation, transmission of useful information through genes (not crocodile genes, but just genes), to improve the breed and increase the chances of survival. It seems to be clear to everyone. And no one in the animal-bird-mouse-cockroach world, as it turned out, uses this tool for anything else. And the person, on the contrary, uses it. What for? Nicely. I agree. Why else? Men - in order to show power, to confirm their masculinity. Women - to check whether they are still desirable, good, and seductive enough.
And the most important thing, which probably not everyone knows about: sex is one of the unique ways to “tell” everything that has accumulated to another person, passing information through a clean channel, where nothing is distorted along the way, does not get stuck in arguments and gossip and always in its original form reaches the "recipient".
What the sender said and what the recipient heard is not the point. It is important that the exchange of accumulated emotions has taken place, and as a result, there is peace, joy, nirvana spreads through the body. It is wonderful that this is happening: for each of us, giving out the accumulated fatigue, irritation, misunderstanding by others of our spiritual subtleties is a matter of paramount importance.
