It is hard to imagine how to remove a kidney from a person so that he would not know about it - nevertheless, it is possible. A resident of India sold his wife's kidney secretly from her to compensate for the lack of a bride’s dowry.
According to Ria.ru, the woman found out about the incident two years later - she had a stomach ache, and the doctor found on an ultrasound that one kidney was missing in the patient. The victim turned to the police with a complaint about her own spouse: it was he who made her “remove the appendix” two years ago, during which the kidney was probably removed.
The wife of the negligent "businessman" says that even then she suspected something strange, because her husband asked her not to tell anyone about the surgery.
“He sold my kidney because my family didn’t give a dowry,” the woman said.
Now, according to the news agency, the police opened a case for her husband, his brother and mother-in-law, who were in collusion. Apparently, the kidney was sold to an unknown entrepreneur.
