Now the court has stopped the proceedings at the request of the investigation about the arrest.

Where did the criminal case in Russia come from?
Coach Alex Leslie and nine of his followers, including Nastya Rybka, spent 11 months in a Thai prison. They were detained at the end of February in one of the hotels in Pattaya, where Kirillov conducted an on-site training. At first they were accused of working without permission on the territory of the country, then more serious accusations arose - of creating a secret society and organizing prostitution. In January, the court appointed them a suspended sentence, after which all the convicts were deported to Russia.
Vashukevich, Kirillov and two of their followers - Andrei Zheshka and Maria Zharkova - were detained on January 17 at the airport, as soon as they flew in from Thailand. Nastya Rybka was in the transit zone and was supposed to transfer to a flight to Minsk, but unexpectedly found herself on the territory of Russia. A video soon appeared on the network of several men in civilian clothes taking her out of the transit zone by the arms.
The girl's lawyer Dmitry Zatsarinsky called her detention illegal. “She was forcibly moved from the transit zone to the territory of the Russian Federation, she was taken and dragged, which is confirmed by the video and the testimony of witnesses,” the lawyer said, adding that he sees this as an abuse of office.
At the last trial, it turned out that the criminal case had been brought back in September 2018, when Kirillov and his followers were in a Thai prison and it was not known when a trial would be held in Thailand in their case.
What are they suspected of?
A criminal case was initiated under article 240, paragraph 2 - “involvement in prostitution”. Before the meeting, Vashukevich confirmed in front of the cameras that her friend, Sasha Travka, had written a statement against them. According to the stories of mutual acquaintances, Travka - her real name is Alexander Davydov - was brought to the party by Alex Leslie by Rybka herself.
In 2017, they participated together in promotions that Alex Leslie's party came up with. So, Rybka and Travka made love together on the embankment in the center of Moscow, for which they received seven days of arrest. There are two statements in the case - the second was written by a girl named Nasyr. Leslie's “theme” participants remember the blonde-haired Anna Nasyr, Sasha Travka's friend. According to Kogan, she did not go through all the trainings (this is how people get into the "topic"), but only occasionally appeared in the general company in 2017.
The BBC contacted Alexandra Davydova and Anna Nasyr, but so far has not received a response.
What does Deripaska have to do with it?
From the Thai conclusion, Leslie wrote a letter to the American consulate, asking for protection and promising to hand over the recordings made by Nastya Rybka during his communication with Deripaska, hinting that they could contain information about Russian interference in the US elections.
However, now they began to say something completely different. In court, Rybka turned to Deripaska: “Oleg Vladimirovich, I apologize. I am a tool, people have used me. I will not compromise Deripaska in any way, ”she said. And Alex Leslie told reporters that the Thai case against him was fabricated by Navalny and the Americans.
“I understand why they are doing this: they are afraid that they will now simply be hanged in their cells,” Navalny himself commented on his blog.
On January 21, the politician released an investigation indicating that Oleg Deripaska was involved in the Thai misadventures of the coaches. He found tapes of wiretaps of Deripaska and people associated with him. In one entry, a person who looks like Georgy Oganov, a member of the board of directors of Deripaska-linked Basic Element group, says that he is interested in the fact that the group of trainers in Thailand receives prison sentences, not a fine.
In the Ust-Labinsk court of the Krasnodar Territory (this is Oleg Deripaska’s hometown) Deripaska filed and already in January won a lawsuit to block information.

Who are Nastya Rybka and Alex Leslie
Rybka and Leslie became widely known after the release of the investigation by the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) Alexey Navalny about the possible rest of former Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko and businessman Oleg Deripaska with girls on a yacht off the coast of Norway.
The investigation was based on the publications of Nastya Rybka on Instagram (in particular, audio recordings and photographs of a person similar to Deripaska), as well as excerpts from her book “Diary on the Seduction of a Billionaire”. Leslie is Rybka's teacher, and, according to the book, she told him in detail about everything that happens on the yacht with the oligarch, and Leslie gave her advice on seduction.
The FBK investigation was released on February 8, and already the 10 of Deripaska sued Vashukevich and Kirillov to court, accusing them of collecting and disseminating information about his private life without his consent.
