In August of this year, for the first time after the family of Mila Kunis at the age of seven took her to the United States, the actress came to visit her native Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi. And only recently shared with the press the annoying incident that occurred to her during this trip, writes Net-a-porter.
According to Kunis, her husband Ashton Kutcher persuaded her to go to Ukraine. At the same time in Hungary, the shooting of the film "The Spy Who Dumped Me" was taking place, and Kutcher came up with the idea - why not take his beloved to her historical homeland, especially, fly very close. For the trip, they chose Mila's birthday, who until that day had not planned to visit Chernivtsi without her mother and father, who left there in 1991. Mila's parents were urgently summoned to Budapest, from where the family went to Ukraine.
Mila said that she never managed to feel anything connected in her soul with this place. In addition, the actress was seriously offended by the current inhabitants of the house where she lived as a child: Kunis and her family were not allowed to look into the apartment. Mila stood outside the door, begged, talked about her childhood, that her parents had come with her - but the new tenants were adamant. “It was very humiliating,” the actress admitted and added that she considered Los Angeles her home for a reason.
