A terrible story happened in one of the Mexican states. Cynthia Fatima is charged with the murder of Jessica Gabriela, a pregnant 20-year-old, whom the criminal lured to her home in Tampico and strangled.
Fatima was arrested along with her husband Omar Erik, to whom she did not report her miscarriage, after a decaying body was discovered in their house, writes The Daily Mail.
It turned out that Gabriela and Fatima met on social networks and met after Fatima offered to her future victim children's clothing for the newborn. After this meeting, Gabriela was declared wanted.
The authorities raised the alarm after a woman who could have been Fatima's sister ended up in the hospital with a dead child. Some reports say that she told the doctors that her sister had given birth to a dead baby in her home, others say that she lost the baby several months before and kept it secret.
It is known that Fatima contacted several pregnant women on social networks, planning to kill them and steal unborn children. After giving the body of the child to the doctors and saying that it was her baby, the woman hoped to convince her husband that the miscarriage did not occur a few months earlier, and the child was born dead at a later date.
Prosecutors have begun an investigation into this shocking case. Fatima lived with her three children and her husband, who, as a rule, worked far from home. The circumstances in which she pulled the unborn child out of her dead mother remain unexplained.
