Megan Markle and Prince Harry did not come for Duchess Catherine's birthday

The family party did not work out - and it is not a fact that it was planned. Duchess Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, were not attending Kate Middleton's birthday party, insiders report.
Kate, who turned 9 on January 37, celebrated her birthday with friends and Prince William a little earlier on January 6. The party took place at Anmer Hall, the couple's country home in Norfolk, England, writes US Magazine.
The event was attended by Kate's college friend and godmother to Prince George - Emilia Jardine-Paterson with her husband David, the godmother of Princess Charlotte - Laura Meade with her husband James, as well as family friends Sophie Carter and her husband Robert. Harry and Megan were not at the party.
A source told Us Weekly in November 2018 that despite speculation that Kate and Meghan were fighting, the feud between them was “definitely being played out by the press.” But last month the media reported that Kate complained that “Meghan used her to climb the royal ladder,” while the former actress admitted that she felt offended by the Duchess of Cambridge.
Both obviously tried to forget the problems on Christmas, when they came to the festive service in Sandringham with their husbands.
“They could not avoid each other,” a source told the publication.
Recall that Kate married William in April 2011, they have three children: five-year-old George, three-year-old Charlotte and eight-month-old Louis. Megan, an actress from California, while new to the royal family. She tied the knot with Harry in May 2018, and now the couple is waiting for their first child.
An insider reported earlier this month that Harry is concerned about the rumors around Megan and feels responsible for this.
“Meghan made a huge sacrifice by crossing the ocean, far away from mom and friends,” said the insider. "Entering the royal family is nowhere near as glamorous as it sounds, which is why Harry feels responsible for Meghan's being so unhappy."
The Royal Insider added: "There's so much going on with Meghan, from pregnancy to dealing with public backlash, she finds this whole situation incredibly stressful."
