Sergei Shnurov, who recently declared a divorce from his wife Matilda, for the first time shared the details of their break.
According to the musician, it was the spouse who initiated the divorce, writes Strana... When asked by a journalist whether Matilda left Shnura, he replied: “Unfortunately, yes”. The artist added that he did not try to make peace with his beloved.
“It is useless to glue a cup if a woman is planning to steal the whole set,” Shnurov said.
Sergei admitted that he did not understand why Matilda left him, but he refers to this philosophically.
“If you always suffer, you will not be able to use the analytical apparatus that allows you to do something really high quality, cool and catchy,” Sergei said.
Now the ex-spouses will have to share jointly acquired property. During family life, the couple made four expensive cars, two apartments, opened a ballet school and a restaurant in St. Petersburg.

The relationship was saved - after a while Matilda was able to forgive Sergei. Alas, apparently, this time the spouses failed to find a compromise.

45-year-old Sergei and 32-year-old Matilda got married in 2010. The ex-spouses were introduced by a common friend who flew to Moscow from the USA for a couple of days. For Matilda, this marriage was the first, and for Sergei - the third. Shnurov met his first wife Maria Ismagilova at the institute. In 1993, the couple had a daughter, Seraphim. In his second marriage with Svetlana Kostitsyna, Sergey's son Apollo was born in 2000.
