Personal experience: renting an apartment in the USA

Today we watched the next two-bedroom apartments (in Russian, three-room). Nothing is so apartments, the price is 939 $ per month (we have 899 $).

Now about the pros:

firstly, they were very nice, they seemed to me nicer than ours;

secondly, there is a balcony (we do not have one);

thirdly, there is a special place where you can put your own washer and dryer (if anyone remembers, in our apartments there is a shared washer and is located on the first floor);

fourthly, there is a dishwasher (we also have);

fifthly, two toilets with bathrooms (we have one);

and sixthly, there is a swimming pool (we do not have one).

And now about the cons:

sooooo rough manager! In America, without a year, it is a week, and it behaves as if she should all, after visiting her I wanted to wash my hands with soap and water, for a long time my husband and I spat (we have absolutely all the management adequate and friendly)!

The second minus is that the area itself is not very good, but the apartments seem to be away from it and the territory is closed for the night (we have a relatively quiet area).

Further - there is no own parking place, who first arrived, that and slippers (in our apartment, each apartment has its own place for one car, if the family has two, it is already more problematic to park).

Another disadvantage is that the apartments themselves have only built-in wardrobes, no dressing room (we have wardrobes, and a wonderful dressing room - my love).

Another disadvantage is that there are very few shops nearby, where you could walk (we have a huge number of cool supermarkets and a shopping center within walking distance).

Well, and the last, perhaps the most significant, minus - TURN of about 800 people, 800 damn, 800 (well, at least according to her. Perhaps, of course, lying). Do you know how the selection system goes? All at the same time, a message is sent to the mail that the apartments are vacant, and then - whoever sends a return request is a fine fellow! The place is vacated approximately once every 3-4 months! Some kind of cockroach racing. They said that some have been on the waiting list since the opening, that is, since 2011.
So I'm not sure that we need it at all.
