Elven ears
The beginning of my practice on laser otoplasty occurred at the time of the publication of the Hobbit trilogy, so after each film Tolkien fans came to me with a request to make elven ears. Since I have been working with ears for a long time, there were those who wanted to transform the ears, make them look like an hourglass, funnels or roses. From the amusing - some patients, shy of their deafness, came to the office with ears glued to the head with superglue and double-sided tape, fortunately, there were no stickies.

Extreme Body Modification
About two years ago, when I was just starting to actively conduct my Instagram, a section was created to attract attention, which received a large and ambiguous response from the audience - “extreme bodymodification”. Every week I talked about how people change their appearance: from unusual tattoos, subcutaneous implants to obvious self-harm - amputation of fingers, noses and limbs. Soon the column had to be closed: after each publication, there were people who wanted to sew or cut something on themselves. Unfortunately, the posts were regarded as a call to action, and people saw in my face a potential executor of their extreme desires.
Third breast
I was very lucky with the assistant, she delicately “cuts off” the obviously failed consultations. So, one young man asked to “sew” his girlfriend a third breast. And so that she found out about this only after the operation.

Often patients come with the request to make them look like celebrities. Of the most popular - lips, like Angelina Jolie, buttocks, like Kim Kardyashyan.
